T&C’s

1. General
1.1 The customers signature on the agreement shall be constructed as an acknowledgment that they are familiar with these conditions
2. HVS Global Obligations
HVS Global shall:
2.1 Ensure all water coolers that are rented are supplied with a complete DIY install Kit.
2.2 Offer free advice on installation procedures where necessary.
2.3 At its own expense replace any part or parts of the equipment which may require replacement as a result of fair wear and tear only, excluding the carbon filters, dependent on chosen service option entered into at time of agreement .
2.4 HVS will replace faulty UV lamps with in the agreement.
2.5 Shall arrange a replacement machine, when a faulty machine is returned for repair.
3. Customers Obligations
The customer shall:
3.1 Pay the total annual charges specified overleaf in accordance with the chosen frequency of instalments, together with other charge for the provision of the service.
3.2 Maintain all main services and other connections to the equipment, ensuring that the machine is installed by a competent person, ensuring that the equipment is checked after installation for any leaks and routinely checked thereafter.
3.3 Provide ready access to the equipment at all reasonable times for HVS Global staff or appointed representative to collect or attend to the equipment.
3.4 Keep the area in the vicinity of the equipment in a clean and hygienic condition.
3.5 Inform HVS Global of any failure of the equipment forthwith upon such failure coming to the customers knowledge.
3.6 Pay any charges that may be incurred in order to recover the equipment through non payment plus all charges that have been incurred in order to collect the equipment or any outstanding rental charges for the equipment.
3.7 Ensure that the equipment filter system is kept up to date and changed regularly.
3.8 Will ensure any equipment is adequately package in order to protect the equipment when being sent via a carrier service.
4. Exclusions
4.1 The cost of replacement water filters is not included in the rental charges.
4.2 Repair to the equipment necessitated by accident *misuse *malicious damage *the effects of lime scale that could have been avoided by regular filter changes *fluctuation in or failure of the mains service. Fitting or replacing water filters.
4.3 Alterations to the equipment settings. Modifications to the equipment necessitated by the introduction of any legislation or order having the force of law.
Included in this agreement
4.4 HVS Global will use all reasonable endeavours to repair any faulty equipment by liaison with the customer to find the best possible and cost effective repair solution.
4.5 When a machine cannot be repaired on site a replacement will be sent upon receipt of the faulty equipment.
4.6 HVS my attend the customers site or send a representative to carry out repairs or collect at HVS sole discretion.
4.7 HVS Global shall be under no liability to the customer or any third party in respect of any breach of its obligation hereunder caused by the non-availability of spare parts for equipment.
5. Price
5.1 All prices specified in the agreement will remain for the term of the agreement, however VAT will be charged at the rate that is in forced at the date of any invoice being presented.
6. Termination
6.1 The terms of this agreement shall run for a minimum of 12 months from the date of delivery or the agreed period within this agreement whichever the greater. At the end of the agreed period a further 3 months notice period is required if termination notice is not received in writing prior to the date of termination
6.2 Termination of this notice will only be enforced upon the receipt by HVS Global of any rented equipment.
6.3 If the agreement is terminated prior to the end of the said period the customer shall forthwith upon such termination pay HVS Global all sums accrued due at the date of such termination together with such date in respect of services provided before such date.
7. Sub-contracting and assignment
7.1 HVS Global may sub-contract its obligations under and/or assign the benefit of the HVS Global agreement to any person, firm or company.
8. Ownership of machines/equipment
8.1 All machines/equipment shall remain the property of HVS Global
